New Love | Gentle Acoustic Guitar | Erik Averdal
Listen to this piece:
A slow, tender acoustic guitar piece in an open tuning, with the capo at the fifth fret. Picked notes and gentle strumming unfold at around 70 BPM.
New Love captures the feeling of getting to know a new guitar. Its warm sound seems to wrap around you, like a good wine lingering on the tongue.
Played on a Lowden O32C and recorded with a Neumann U87.
